Answers to FAQ

• All items are sold on a first come first serve basis.

• Email stating your interest in a particular cel will not be taken as an order.  If you are placing an order, please state so in the email. 

• Items are sold as is.  Please exam the large image before placing an order.  If there is a major defect on the cel, it will be noted.

• There will be no returns or refunds.  Please order carefully.

• No change what so ever to the order will be allowed once you placed the order.  So once again, please order carefully.

• If you failed to honor your order, you will be barred from placing future orders and your name and email will be listed on the "BlackList" page.  Therefore, do not place an order if you do not intend to pay.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm which episode of the animation the cel  appeared in and if  the background is matching. 

• If you see a cel that you are interested but it's on reserve, go ahead and let me know that you would like to buy it.  I will place you on the waiting list.  If the buyer failed to pay, the person on the waiting list will have the chance to purchase it.

• I do accept Partial Payment on agreed payment plan.  However, payments are Non-refundable should the buyer decide to cancel the order.  Item will be send upon completion of all the payments.  No change in order will be allowed.

• We valued our client's privacy.  Your information will not be share with anyone.
